St. Luke’s Family Foundation is composed of thoughtful and innovative community leaders who believe in the work of St. Luke’s Family Practice. We ensure that the medical practice is staying true to our mission.
Doctors provide the best care when they know you, which St. Luke’s model of direct primary care creates. Every St. Luke’s physician is Board Certified in family medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Each doctor’s practice is limited to 300 Member Patients. This allows plenty of time for us to provide quality care to our members, as well as complete our mission of providing care to the underserved.
Our Member Patients pay an annual fee that grants them 24/7 physician access, including house calls and extended appointment times. That fee helps us provide free medical care to the underserved community.
We want to connect people in our community to valuable resources that improve their health and save money. Many groups in our community work tirelessly to provide support to the underserved, and we are proud to help spread the word.
We are looking for people who share our mission and want to help even a few hours a month, from admin staff to nurses and doctors.
